This delicious recipe is so easy to make I’m not even kidding you. We make these a few times a week in my household. You will need one kitchen appliance however…

Notes
- These also make a great healthy little “chickn” nugget snack too!
Crispy tofu can literally be added to any meal as that meal’s protein. I like having it in stir-fry’s, absolutely love it in soups, and if you cut them into rectangles instead of cubes they make a great Crispy Tofu Steak.
Health benefits of tofu:
- Complete protein (well-balanced amino acid profile)
- Contains several anti-inflammatory & antioxidant phyto-chemicals
- Has lots of potassium, magnesium, fibre, iron, copper, manganese, calcium, selenium, & omega3
- Can protect against a variety of health issues like; heart disease, diabetes, & even some cancers
