My Go-To Immune Boosting Supplements Care of A. Vogel
As mentioned in a previous A. Vogel article, that I have been using A. Vogel products for many years now. Long before this partnership ever took place. So when they reached out to me to become a brand partner I didn’t hesitate to say yes.
I believe in A. Vogel’s products and I attribute my strong immune system to the added support of their immune boosting products. I was asking my husband the other day in fact, “Hunny, has there been a time in our 8 years together that you’ve had to take care of me because I was sick”. He said no! I kind of felt like Bruce Willis in Unbreakable tbh 😹.
Make sure to read to the end for my Fall/Winter A. Vogel Giveaway details.
Tip #1:
Echinacea – I take A. Vogel’s Echinaforce Echinacea in it’s tincture form in my daily water. I will sometimes take it multiple times a day if I feel a cold coming on too. This is my go-to, die-hard, immune boosting staple!
“Clinically shown to help prevent and relieve the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections (URTI), such as the common cold and the flu. *cough* covid *cough*
Shortens the duration of URTI. Used in Herbal Medicine to support the immune system, especially in times of stress, lack of sleep and for smokers.
Take at first sign of infection.”
If you’re only going to get 1 product, let this be that one. I swear to you this is the immune boosting supplement your body needs to help keep colds at bay.
Tip #2:
Vitamin D3 – There has been a surge in popularity with vitamin D3 since the pandemic started. That being said, vitamin D has been a long staple in many herbalist’s medicine cabinets.
We know that it can help with the development of healthy bones but it’s popularity increase can be attributed to it’s immune boosting properties which have coined it as the “Sunshine Vitamin”. Everyone should be taking a Vitamin D supplement, especially during the winter and in colder climates.
Tip #3:
Sore Throat Spray – This stuff is good! If you have a sore throat from yelling, a looming cold, or like my husband and smoking too much weed 😹, this stuff will be your best friend. This stuff gives an instant soothing effect and because it’s loaded with Echinacea it helps to boost your immune system at the same time.
“For painful inflammation and infections of the throat such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, soreness and hoarseness.
A reduction in discomfort may be noticeable as early as the first application.
Great peppermint taste.”
Tip #4:
If you want to boost your immune system while creating a soothing nighttime ritual, I highly recommend adding this immune boosting syrup to a nightly caffeine free tea. My mom had a tickle in her throat the other night so I suggested she try this immune boosting syrup & she was super impressed. She said her tickle went away immediately.
The warm thick syrup coats your throat to give you an instant relief when you are feeling under the weather.
“Clinically shown to help prevent and relieve the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections (URTI) such as the common cold and flu-like episodes. Shortens the duration of URTI.
Used in Herbal Medicine to support the immune system, especially in times of stress, lack of sleep and for smokers. Take at the first sign of infection.”

I love A. Vogel products!
These are really great tips for boosting your immune system. Thank you
I need to get back into my B-12 and D-3’s…my excuse is…I’m just lazy! LOL 🙂
I feel you
It’s so easy to forget or fall off the schedule.
I’ve been looking for something for a sore throat. And I need to start taking Echinacea again. I’ve kind of stopped for a few years. This is a great list heading into the “sick season.”
Echinacea is my go-to!
Excellent ways to boost immune system and so important for fal!
Exactly, gotta protect for cold & flu season.
I used to take Echinacea and stopped. The pills were just grossing me out. This may be a better way to go. Also, the hot drink sounds great. One of the struggles for me since going plant-based is that vegans don’t eat honey. So I’m in the market for something else to coat the through during this time of year when the kids and I need something for sore throats.
You know what, I don’t love the pills, I definitely prefer the tincture. The sore throat spray is also such a great way to soothe for sure.
