Final Thoughts:
As I mentioned in my journal notes, this juice cleanse has been one of the best juice cleanses I’ve ever done. I know that Greenhouse Juice Co isn’t necessarily accessible to everyone but when finding a company to provide you with your juices, I highly recommend choosing more juices throughout the day spread out by a max of 2 hrs. This cleanse had 9 juices & 2 boosters.
I definitely think you should checkout Greenhouse juices if you are in the Toronto area or can source Greenhouse juices at your local grocers.

I love a good juice cleanse! I do at least one a year. Mine typically last for seven days, juice only after a fruit smoothie in the mornings. I make my own juice using a juicer. I’d love to try these juices though!
Good job! I love my morning smoothies but I haven’t tried a smoothie in the am then juicing the rest of the day. That probably is a nice way to cleanse the system too.
I have not done a juice cleanse before, but I’m sure my digestive system would be happy if I did. Something to think about.

I’ve done intermittent fasting with no problem. I would think a juice cleanse would be easier.
It definitely can be. I guess it depends how long and what hours the fasting is done but for sure having these juices helps to satiate that hunger that a fast doesn’t allow for.

I just recently finished a 7 day juice cleanse! I was surprised I didn’t feel hungry but missed chewing haha. The benefits are definitely there but to your point on an energy boost, I typically feel lower energy until the cleanse is done and that is when I notice the boost.

I totally am the same with the chewing. On other cleanses I definitely have chewed on celery or carrots just to feel that crunch haha.
That’s a good point about the energy, I’ve heard that from other people too. I wonder if it varies for people but overall is a noticed boost in energy amongst juice cleansers? hmm… now you have me thinking hehe.

I’ve been wanting to do a juice cleanse but I’m worried I’d be hangry. Lol!! Incant believe how many juices you had! That’s great there are so many flavors.
Haha I know that fear. My gf said the same thing and that she feared she’d go crazy on her whole family. I told my husband in the days leading up to the cleanse that he might want to steer clear for 3 days & be on his best behaviour .
But, tbh, I was FINE! Like literally not even the least bit miserable haha.

I have never done a juice cleanse. Your schedule and notes were so helpful! I don’t think I realized you drank that much juice during a cleanse! I’m intrigued but would still be nervous I think.
Honestly, the amount of juices this program had felt so perfect. I think because the owners actually do the cleanses themselves it feels really thought out and the oat milks really helped keep that hunger at bay.
You could even try a juice cleanse until dinner, see if that eases the nerves.

Really anyone that wants to do a juice cleanse can do it. Once you’re in it you kind of just tell yourself it’s just 3 days then I can eat whatever I want. Then 3 becomes 2 then 2, 1. Goodluck if you do try it, I’m sure you’d kick ass

I’ve never tried any kind of cleanse, although I like the idea of giving my digestive system a rest. This looks quite involved! Have you ever done a one day cleanse? Or do you believe it requires 3 days in order to be beneficial?
Such a good question! I think anytime we give our digestive system a fast is beneficial. Some people believe in weekly and even daily fasting where they only drink water from say 4pm to 10pm leaving them 6 hours a day to eat. So totally, if you can commit to 1 day then it will definitely be beneficial to your body! Thanks for reading

You can totally do it! I think the secret is having more drinks throughout the day, keeping them under 2 hours apart, and having 2 nut milks a day. Goodluck
I have done a 3 day juice fast but not with all of the different juices you’ve listed. I hated it at first, but then got more used to it. I just did veggie juices.
